Code of Ethics

The Code of Ethics defines the set of standards and values that should guide the activities of all those who act in the interests of CDP Venture Capital SGR, taking account of the type of legal relationships involved and the specific provisions of laws, regulations, the articles of association and contracts applicable to each such relationship, the importance of the roles undertaken, the complexity of the functions and the responsibilities assumed or entrusted to them to pursue their objectives.

Organisational model

Italian Legislative Decree no. 231 of 8 June 2001 (Legislative Decree 231/2001) laid down the provisions concerning ‘entities' liability for administrative offences related to a crime’, which apply to entities with legal personality and to companies and associations, including without legal personality.

Whistleblowing

The Company has put in place a system for the management of Whistleblowing Reports that complies with the regulatory provisions on Whistleblowing (Legislative Decree No. 24/2023). Personnel and Third Parties may make written or oral Reports on violations of which the Whistleblower has become aware in the context of his or her work.
