We invest in the best start-ups and innovative SMEs in Italy together with national and international private players.
We invest minority stakes in innovative start-ups and SMEs together with independent private investors, with up to 70% of the total value of the capital injection of new investors in the round. We are looking for teams of ambitious entrepreneurs who want to build great companies and who demonstrate the ability to do so, scalable business models and good growth metrics.

What is the history of the Fund?
Launched in November 2015, the Fund operates with a generalist approach and a co-investment strategy with private investors. The Fund, with a total allocation of €80 million, has invested in a total of 30 early-stage companies, active in various sectors such as Life Science, Digital and DeepTech
At what stage of life is the Fund?
The Fund is currently in the divestment phase. This means that we no longer make new investments in start-ups, but focus on managing the existing portfolio
What are the priorities of the Fund?
The Fund Team continues to work actively with portfolio companies to support their growth and consolidation and identify the best exit opportunities
