An expert in Equity Capital Markets with a specialization in sustainable finance for SMEs, she founded IRTOP Consulting in Milan in 2001, a financial boutique and IPO Partner of Borsa Italiana. With the creation of the SME EGM Observatory—Italy’s leading analytical center for the Euronext Growth Milan market—she developed PMI Capital, a data analytics platform for institutional and professional investors in the growth segment. She focuses on IPO processes, alternative finance (debt and equity), investor reporting, small-cap equity research, and ESG advisory. She was a founding partner and investor in the first green SPAC, an investment vehicle listed in 2013. Registered with the Order of Chartered Accountants, she holds a PhD in Finance from the Politecnico di Milano and the University of Pavia. She served as a member of the Board of Directors of Invitalia from 2023 to 2025 and has also been a board member of listed companies. A lecturer on IPOs, company valuation, corporate finance, and price-sensitive corporate disclosure, she has been awarded the “Green Award” by the British Consulate. She has developed specific expertise in sustainable IPOs and provided the first European-level definition of the concept in a recent publication. She received the international award “Tecnovisionarie 2022 – FinTech, Female Excellence.

After earning a degree in Business Administration in Turin and completing a Corporate Finance program at the London Business School, Emanuele Levi began his career in 1993 at the Credito Italiano Group, first in London and later in Milan.

In 1996, he joined Bain & Company and subsequently Lazard Investment Banking in Milan.

From 2000, he focused on venture capital, first at Pino Venture and then at 360 Capital, where he served as General Partner until 2025.
