An expert in capital markets and chartered accountant, with an MBA in finance from the Milan Polytechnic and the University of Pavia, after gaining international experience in corporate finance for merchant banks, she founded IR Top Consulting, Italy's leading financial boutique in SME listing consultancy.

Author of numerous publications and articles on the topics of valuation, listing, governance, price-sensitive corporate reporting and sustainable finance, in 2019 she was awarded the Green Finance Award by the UK Government. Founder and President of V-Finance, specialising in ESG Advisory, she was an investor and promoting partner of the GreenItaly1 SPAC. A board member of listed companies, Vice President of Confidi Systema and Vice President of Assonext.

Since July 2022, she has been a member of the Board of Directors of Invitalia S.p.A., the National Agency for Investment Attraction and Enterprise Development, owned by the MEF.

Since October 2023, she has been Chair of the Board of Directors of CDP Venture Capital SGR.

Chief Executive Officer and General Manager of CDP Venture Capital since May 2025.

After earning a degree in Business Administration in Turin and completing a Corporate Finance program at the London Business School, Emanuele Levi began his career in 1993 at the Credito Italiano Group, first in London and later in Milan.

In 1996, he joined Bain & Company and subsequently Lazard Investment Banking in Milan.

From 2000, he focused on venture capital, first at Pino Venture and then at 360 Capital, where he served as General Partner until 2025.
