Rome, 1 October 2024 - The Board of Directors of CDP Venture Capital SGR S.p.A. has co-opted Ms Livia Amidani Aliberti and Mr Salvatore Cicu as new directors, following the resignation of Mr Stefano Cuzzilla and Ms Valentina Milani.
