The Fund makes investments in Series A-B Rounds with target funding of between €2 million and €20 million, and with a minimum Fund commitment of €1 million per transaction. The Fund makes direct investments in companies that validated their business model on the market or that are at an advanced technology development stage. It is a generalist fund but with a special focus on DeepTech such as AI, Cyber Security, Biotech, MedTech, New Materials or Quantum Computing.

The Fund is dedicated to investing in companies domiciled in Italy.
Alternatively, foreign-domiciled companies founded by Italian entrepreneurs are also considered only if they have (or decide to open) an Italian branch and CDP's resources are deployed in Italy.
