Complaints

Cdp Venture Capital SGR S.p.A. (“CDP VC”) has adopted suitable procedures to ensure the prompt handling of investor complaints as part of a a multi-faceted process, to ensure structured examination of the issues arising from such complaint.

To the attention of the Compliance Function
 
The competent functions of the Company will provide timely reply to the complaint in accordance with the provisions of the internal procedures adopted by the Company, which provide for the possibility of handling the complaint in coordination with other functions of the AIFM, to ensure an efficient and appropriate reply to the complaint.
In any case, the complaints handling procedure will be completed,, as a rule, no later than 90 days after receipt of the complaint by means of a reply forwarded in writing to the investor.
CDP VC also adheres to the Arbitrator for Financial Disputes (AFC), established by CONSOB with resolution No. 19602 of 4 May 2016.
The Arbitrator has jurisdiction over disputes relating to the breach by financial intermediaries of the obligations of diligence, fairness, information and transparency in the exercise of the activity governed by Part II of the Testo Unico della Finanza (TUF), including cross-border disputes and disputes covered by EU Regulation No. 524/2013, with the exception of disputes involving a claim for sums of money in an amount exceeding Euro 500,000.00 (five hundred thousand/00).
The right of recourse to the Arbitrator (AFC) cannot be waived by the client and is always exercisable, even in the presence of clauses for the devolution of disputes to other out-of-court settlement bodies, contained in the investment contracts governing the relationship between the client and the Intermediary.
CDP Venture Capital SGR guarantees that any complaints received, will always be assessed considering the guidelines inferable from the Arbitrator (AFC). In case of failure or partial acceptance of such complaints, CDP Venture Capital SGR will provide adequate information about the ways and timeframes for filing an appeal to the Arbitrator (AFC) at CONSOB.
