Together with them important family offices and current shareholders who believe in the project and continue to invest

Pordenone, 26 September 2024 - In recent days an additional investment round of 4 million euro was finalised for Vitesy, a company founded by Paolo Ganis, Alessio D'Andrea and Vincenzo Vitiello specialising in the development of green and intelligent solutions for people's well-being. The funding was led by the Rilancio Startup Fund, managed by CDP Venture Capital Sgr with the participation of Mediaset to cover the media portion and a part optioned by the start-up's current shareholders.

Nine months after the last capital increase, Vitesy has reached a total investment of around 14 million euro, allowing it to further establish itself in the CleanTech sector. Founded with the desire to improve people's lives and well-being through the development of innovative, smart and sustainable technological solutions, Vitesy is an internationally recognised cutting-edge business “Made in Italy”. Today, the primary objective is to continue to focus on the expansion and positioning of Shelfy in strategic markets, the product being a revolutionary device launched less than a year ago to help combat food waste.

The round was joined by the current shareholders, who believe in the project and continue to invest in the company's growth. Paolo Ganis, co-founder and CEO of Vitesy, “This new round will allow us to intensify our investment in technology and continue to preside over increasingly strategic markets such as the US, UK and Europe. We are truly honoured by the renewed trust and support of CDP Venture Capital Sgr, which has allowed us to grow significantly in recent years, just as we are thrilled by the presence of Mediaset, whose media coverage will allow us to make ourselves known in the market".

More than 15,000 units of the innovative Shelfy device, designed and manufactured to combat food waste by improving the healthiness of food in the refrigerator, have already been sold in more than 60 countries worldwide.

It is a sustainable product Made in Italy, which recently won the Red Dot Design Award, thus joining the previous Best Product Award at the EMEA Channel Summit, the Innovation Award at CIBUS TEC in Parma and the various design prizes won by Vitesy including the German Design Award, the European Product Design Award and the GOOD DESIGN® Award.
