Rome, 5 March 2025 – helmon is the result of a strategic partnership between the two companies signed in July 2024 as part of the activities of the Boost Innovation Fund. This fund represents a corporate venture building tool that co-creates new companies together with medium and large companies.

Headquartered in Rome, helmon offers comprehensive cybersecurity solutions – from data collection and risk assessment to recovery plans in the event of cyber attacks – dedicated to the Italian SME segment, employing an end-to-end approach that guarantees the highest level of risk protection. Furthermore, the newly established company will distribute cyber insurance products, operating as a Managing General Agent (MGA), thanks to partnerships developed with major leading companies in the sector.

The new company is headed by Chief Executive Officer Guglielmo Carsana, a professional with over 20 years of experience in the IT industry and a solid career as an entrepreneur in the insurance field. His experience and expertise will be crucial for the company to meet the challenges of the market. helmon has total resources of 3 million euro in assets and capital that can be increased up to 9.5 million euro by shareholders to finance further growth.
