CDP VENTURE CAPITAL SGR: EMANUELE LEVI NAMED CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER AND GENERAL MANAGER
The Board of Directors of CDP Venture Capital SGR S.p.A. has co-opted and appointed Emanuele Levi as Chief Executive Officer and General Manager of the Company effective 30 May 2025
Rome, 30 May 2025 – The Board of Directors of CDP Venture Capital SGR S.p.A. has co-opted and appointed Emanuele Levi as Chief Executive Officer and General Manager of the Company effective 30 May 2025, following his resignation as General Partner of 360 Capital submitted on the same date.
Mr Emanuele Levi has been granted full powers for the day-to-day management of the Company, in line with the previous governance structure.
After earning a degree in Business Administration in Turin and completing a Corporate Finance programme at the London Business School, Levi began his career in 1993 with the Credito Italiano Group in London. He later worked at Bain & Company and Lazard Investment Banking in Milan. Since 2000 he has focused on venture capital, initially at Pino Venture and subsequently at 360 Capital, where he served as General Partner until 2025.

Chairwoman Anna Lambiase, together with the members of the Board of Directors and Board of Statutory Auditors, extended their best wishes to Mr Scornajenchi for his new role, thanking him for his service at the helm of the asset management company, and expressed their full support for the appointment of the new Chief Executive Officer and General Manager.
