Rome, 14 January 2021 – CDP Venture Capital SGR – Fondo Nazionale Innovazione has co-invested in ten startups of the portfolio of LVenture Group, a Venture Capital holding listed on Borsa Italiana’s MTA segment and one of Europe’s leading startup accelerators. 

CDP Venture Capital SGR’s 2.46 million euro investment mobilised resources for a total value of 6.56 million euro. In addition to CDP Venture Capital SGR and LVenture Group, which invested 750 thousand euro, various professional investors participated in the funding.

The investment transactions implement the agreement entered into between LVenture Group and CDP Venture Capital SGR, which through the Fondo Acceleratori and the Fondo Italia Venture II co-invested on average about 200 thousand euro in each of the startups accelerated by LVenture.

Venture Capital confirms its role as a strategic asset for the construction of Italy’s future entrepreneurial fabric, also thanks to the catalyst role of CDP Venture Capital SGR in attracting investments in startups and innovation.

The startups of the LVenture Group portfolio that concluded the fundraising are:

Besafe Rate, a digital service for hotels that allows their customers to book an insured rate that protects them in the event of cancellation, while guaranteeing earnings to the accommodation facility;

Confirmo, an app that digitises the processes relating to the informed consent of a document to be signed, promoting greater understanding, transparency and legal protection;

DrexCode, an online platform for the rental of designer clothing and accessories, which also offers a stylist service; 

EdilGo, e-procurement software for the construction industry that allows businesses to contact the best suppliers, leading to significant savings in the purchase of materials;

eShoppingAdvisor, a platform that helps people find the best e-commerce sites based on the desired product and helps e-commerce sites boost their reputation thanks to the collection, management and analysis of their customers’ reviews;

Insoore, a platform that helps insurance companies and fleet management companies to optimise the claims management process, through video-photographic inspections and damage estimates carried out by a community of thousands of experts, in real time and on demand.

Ipervox, a platform that allows users to quickly create voice applications helping businesses reach their customers on dedicated platforms such as Amazon Alexa, Google and Siri;

Offlunch, a food delivery service aimed at company employees to order lunch in the office easily and cheaply;

Shampora, an e-commerce site that allows customers to create and purchase personalised hair products thanks to a virtual assistant that analyses their specific needs;

Vikey, a hardware and software solution that allows the remote opening of the doors of holiday homes, hotels and B&Bs and the completion of all paperwork.
