Primo Digital is an investment fund (in the form of an Italian reserved AIF), managed by Primo Ventures SGR S.p.A.

It is a native ESG fund in all activities concerning the investment process, support and monitoring of its portfolio companies.

Primo Digital selects and invests in early stage tech venture startups in the digital markets, with a focus on B2B software, retail & marketplaces, cybersecurity and financial innovation.

The fund focuses on Italian startups, but  can also invest across Europe, in the USA, in Canada, and in Israel.

Primo Digital includes two parallel funds fully subscribed by CDP Venture Capital: Parallel Italia, which systematically co-invests in companies established in Italy, and Parallel Italia Sud, which co-invests in startups established in Southern Italy."
