WAHU

WAHU is developing wearable technologies embedded on the most traditional vehicle, shoes.
In outdoor and sportswear world, the sole selection has always been a compromise between grip, comfort, performances and style. With WAHU we are solving the compromise, though a technology making the shoe sole able to adapt its morphology to changes both in the external environment, like terrain, temperature or humidity, and in the dynamic state of the user, in order to create a posture-driven traction control for walking. Moreover, introducing micro-electronics and sensor in the shoes, WAHU can create innovative services both for the user, such as posture diseases diagnosis, which, unknowingly, are affecting the 60% of people, and for the brand, creating a direct link between brand and customer.
